    International Shipping is available online through our webstore. Online shipping options include UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited.
    Offline International Shipping is provided through DHL, FedEx, Purolator, United States Postal Service, and UPS. All domestic and international shipping is shipped prepaid. In addition, we reserve the right to ship freight collect and best method at our discretion.     6. What if I need to return my order?
    Hardware includes barcode scanners, printers, cash drawers, swipe readers, and accessories. For a product to be returned it must be unused and factory sealed with all of the original packaging. 30 day return policy. (i.e. from the date the order is shipped).
    Note: The following hardware is non-returnable: Opticon OPN-2006, OPN-2003, OPN-2001, and OPN-3002i. Moreover, all print heads are non-returnable.
    Software - 30 day return policy on Boxed Software (i.e. from the date of invoice). Software must not be opened. Software box must still be shrink wrapped from the factory. Keyless or Electronic Delivery Software sent via a e-Mail link for uploading software are non-returnable, non-refundable.
    Software Demos are available for you to, "try before you buy". Please request a demo copy for your review to make sure the software meets your specifications.
    Media - All bar code labels, bar code ribbons, and plastic card printer supplies are non-returnable. Evaluation labels and ribbons are available for most printers for you to "evaluate" before you purchase. Please request sample media to make sure the media meets your specifications. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of $25 dollars will be assessed on orders over $250 dollars, and a $50 dollar fee for orders over $500 dollars. All returns must be returned in their original packaging with all of the manuals and accessories included with the product in like "new" condition. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

    Please call us at (866) 204-1382 to get a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) to process your return. Please mark the RMA number on the outside label of the box, this will insure that you receive credit for your return.  For your protection, we suggest using UPS, FedEx, DHL or insured United States Postal Service Parcel Post for shipping returns.     2. An RMA number is valid for 30 days.

    6. Product will be returned to customer under the following circumstances:

    d. If there is not a valid and visible RMA number.
    e. If a product returned on a DOA is tested as full functioning product.
    f. If product is received over 30 days after the date the RMA number is issued.

    Yes. We ship to any country that FedEx, UPS, DHL, or the Untied States Postal Service offers service. Based on a comparison of rates and service featurs (tracking and insurance) will determine which carrier is selected. Please Note: some priority shipping services may not be available for your country (e.g. FedEx International Priority).

    17. What are RoHS compliant products?
    The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".
