BACKGROUND
The Honeywell Intermec PB-series of portable printers includes
Intermec PB21 & PB22 (LCD) Portable Printers
Intermec PB31 & PB32 (LCD) Portable Printers
Intermec PB50 & PB51 (LCD) Portable Printers


FACTORY DEFAULT
To manually Factory Default the PB-series portable printers:
Turn off the printer and either remove its battery or unplug it from Line Power.
Open the printer's Media Bay Door
Press and hold the Feed (blue) and Power (yellow) buttons
While holding down the Feed and Power buttons, re-insert the battery or plug the printer back in to Line Power Continue to hold down the Feed and Power buttons until the display shows 'Close Printer Door'
Release the Feed and Power buttons and close the printer's Media Bay Door
Use the repeatedly press the right-directional soft-key - the Power button - until "Factory Default" is displayed
Press the OK soft-key - the [ i ] button - to accept that selection
When instructed to do so by the printer's display, open the printer's Media Bay Door
Press the [ i ] button to continue
Wait 30 seconds
The printer should warm boot after the Factory Default
