Medallion Service Contracts provide you with committed response times and the ability to lock in repair costs for the length of the agreement. Medallion Service Contracts cover more contingencies than Standard Warranty support and deliver committed turnaround schedules and comprehensive telephone support. As an added benefit, you can make requests for a “Return Authorization” (RA) online, as well as track devices submitted for repair, review service history, monitor on-time performance, device inventory statistics and other repair-related data. The Silver plan provides a 2 business-day in-depot turnaround schedule. Bronze delivers a 5 business-day turnaround. With any Medallion contract, return shipping is included at no charge. Every depot repair contract also provides free device cleaning, installation of the latest engineering updates and re-loading of the current factory software (or the customer-preferred version if specified) when devices pass through a repair cycle.
