The Opticon OPN-2001 pocket memory scanner
makes barcode data collection simple for anyone. Using this scanner is straightforward – scan a bar code and it will be stored automatically. When you make a mistake, the lower button allows you to re-scan the barcode in order to remove the item from memory. The OPN2001 stores up to 15,000 bar codes

The OPN-2001 can be programmed to work in HID mode as a tethered scanner, so you can scan directly into your application program through the USB cable at the time of scanning. If you want to go wireless you would go with the OPN-2002 and transfer the data via BlueTooth in HID mode.

This small and lightweight device is equipped with a memory that can store more than 15,000 bar codes. The housing is rugged and durable. With a weight less than 30 grams, it can be put in every pocket and taken everywhere.
